STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASER
OF REAL ESTATE PURSUANT TO REAL PROPERTY LAW §442-H

Please be advised that prior to showing a purchaser a property, Tiffany Bauman Real Estate agents adopt the following procedures uniformly to any prospective purchasers:  

(1) We do not require identification from a prospective purchaser*
(2) We require a prospective purchaser to sign a Buyer Representative Agreement prior to showing a property. The Buyer Representative Agreement can be either non-exclusive or exclusive. In either circumstance, a purchaser will be asked if they have executed an exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement with another brokerage. No such agreement is required to be signed for entering a Tiffany Bauman Real Estate public open house. 
(3) We do not require a pre-approval for a mortgage loan in order to show a purchaser properties.*

*Please be further advised that although Tiffany Bauman Real Estate may not require such information, a seller of real estate may require this information prior to showing a property and/or as part of any purchase offer.
